Delivery

Goods ordered in the online store are shipped domestically via carrier: GLS forwarding, DPD, Poczta Polska (parcels up to 31.5 kg), INPOST forwarding (parcels up to 25 kg), DPD Pickup (parcels up to 20 kg), as well as pallets via RABEN forwarding (half pallets, euro pallets, non-standard pallets up to 1 ton)

and

GLS and DPD forwarding within the European Union (parcels up to 50 kg), as well as pallets by RABEN forwarding (half pallets, euro pallets, non-standard pallets up to 1 ton).

The choice of forwarder by the ordering party is made when placing the order. Delivery costs are borne by the customer-buyer only once and depend on the selected form of delivery in the purchase interval:

• Domestic courier GLS up to 31,5 kg - 22,00 PLN
• Domestic courier parcel DPD up to 31,5 kg - 25,00 PLN
• Domestic courier parcel Polish Post up to 31.5 kg - 20,00 PLN
• Domestic parcel INPOST up to 25 kg - 18,00 PLN
• Domestic courier parcel DPD Pickup up to 20 kg - 18,00 PLN
• If you choose delivery with a form of payment on delivery, the cost of delivery by courier GLS is 25,00 PLN
• In case of choice of delivery with cash on delivery payment method, delivery cost by courier DPD is 28,00 PLN
• In case of choosing delivery with cash on delivery payment method, delivery cost by Poczta Polska courier is 23,00 PLN
• If you choose delivery with a form of payment on delivery, the cost of delivery by courier DPD Pickup is 22.00 PLN
• Domestic pallet shipment - half pallet, euro pallet or non-standard pallet
• International courier shipment up to 31.5 kg - according to the price list
• Foreign pallet shipment up to 1 ton - half pallet, euro pallet, non-standard pallet
• FREE shipping for purchases over 500 PLN only on Polish territory

The time from placing an order to receiving the shipment consists of:

Order processing time: from placing the order by the customer, to the status of shipped.

Delivery time: we dispatch within 12-24h from the moment of purchase - selection of shipping options and payment - in most cases, delivery should not be longer than 2 working days.

Along with the goods, we issue a receipt or, on request, a VAT invoice / EU invoice, confirming the purchase, along with information about the possibility of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer should check the condition of the package and its contents. If any loss or damage is found, the customer should make all necessary arrangements to determine the liability of the carrier. If damage is found, the Seller recommends drawing up a damage report, although it does not make the processing of a complaint dependent on this.

Delivery is made within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to the countries of the European Union.
